How often do you get to meet a world-renowned designer who travels from afar to spend a precious day with us in Montrose? Artist and craftsman Michael Aram specializes in handcrafting metal and spinning it into elegant serving and display pieces for the home. What a fascinating man he is! Michael has a rich Armenian heritage, was born in Massachusetts, lives in New York where his flagship store is, and has an amazing workshop and home in India where much of his design inspiration comes from. His work is born from the way he was raised, spending time with family around a beautifully set, food-laden dinner table.

This Saturday, Nov. 15 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. you can meet Michael Aram at our very own La Perla Home store (2311 Honolulu Ave.) where he will personally sign your purchases of his latest collections. It’s Turkey Time at Zeke’s Smokehouse
It’s “order your turkey time” at the one and only Zeke’s Smokehouse. Their famous hickory smoked turkeys weigh18-20 lbs. and sell for $75. Add homemade turkey gravy for $9.95 and sides for $13.95 each. Choices include mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry applesauce, and herb roasted stuffing in 45 oz. containers that serve four to six.
