Crescenta Valley Lady Falcons softball continued their winning streak by pounding the Muir Mustangs 25-0 on Tuesday at home. The game was the third win in a row for the Falcons in league play with another two wins captured over the weekend at the Loara Tournament in Anaheim.
On Tuesday, CV senior Alyssa Sovereign hit one double in the first and followed that with a homerun in the second inning. Sydney House contributed a homerun for the Falcons. Kelly Bako, who hit a double, said about the Mustangs, “It is always fun to play them.”
Crescenta Valley is now 12-8 overall and 6-2 in prep league. The Falcons host the Glendale Nitros today at 3:30.
