Thank You, Sponsors of our Awards Banquet
Our annual Installation and Community Awards banquet was a huge success and I hope everyone who attended enjoyed the evening. We tried our best to create an authentic “red carpet” event for everyone to experience and, thanks to our sponsors, I believe we did. I want to thank our platinum sponsor Scott Trulik of Ocean View Investments Group, a chamber past president, who provided the banner and red carpet for our “truly authentic” award-worthy Step and Repeat area. It was so glamorous! Everyone enjoyed having their picture taken in front of Scott’s banner and kept returning to make sure they captured all the memories they could!
Our red carpet photographer was fresh off his last assignment photographing all the Hollywood stars who walked the red carpet last week at the Golden Globe awards in Beverly Hills, so I know the pictures are going to be amazing! #can’twait! We will be posting our photographs on our Facebook page and our website in the next few days, so be sure to look for yourself! And no red carpet event is complete without the stanchions separating you from all your adoring fans! Prop Heaven in Burbank graciously donated those for us! Such a deal. Our Step and Repeat area was one of the highlights of the night. Thank you to gold sponsors Bea Blessley and Anna Lopez.
Bea of Jenkins Property Management, also a past chamber president, sponsored our award trophies! They were prefect and the envy of everyone! Anna, current board member from Boulevard 34, not only sponsored our beautiful flower arrangements – she made them as well. They brought the room to life!
Thank you to our silver sponsors, board members Julie Ann Martin of Dilbeck La Cañada, Rick Dinger of Crescenta Valley Insurance, Brian Chacon of Hands in the Air Entertainment, Pat Longo of Andy’s Transfer and Storage and past president Chris Waldheim of J’s Maintenance. Thank you to Todd Black of Electromotive for providing the sound for the event including the music that provided a perfect background for the entire event. Thank you Eric Hamilton of Crescenta Valley Insurance, our newly installed president, for bringing wit and humor as the emcee and keeping the night rolling along.
We hope you all had a great time and we look forward to next year when you can once again “walk the red carpet” in Montrose.
