Spring Parish Concert

On May 16 at 8 p.m., the combined choirs of St. Bede the Venerable Church and the East Los Angeles College as well as the brass ensemble at St. Bede will present a spring concert featuring John Rutter’s “Gloria” and other works.

The parish choir and the East LA College choirs are comprised of local young talented artists.

Concert at La Cañada Congregational

The community is invited to a free concert of Broadway hits at the La Cañada Congregational Church on Sunday, May 17 at 4 p.m.

The concert is at in the church and will feature selections from South Pacific, Godspell, Jesus Christ Superstar and Carousel, and feature the church’s incredible soloists.

For those who always wanted to check out the church on the corner with the fabulous stained glass windows, now’s the chance. All are invited and all are welcome. Bring kids, bring parents, friends and neighbors; a good time will be had by all. There will be a yummy dessert reception following the show.
