Friends, family and longtime customers filled City Hall Café to say goodbye and happy retirement to longtime City Hall waitress Wanda Bergstrom. It will be difficult to walk into the restaurant and not see Bergstrom, coffee pot in hand, greeting customers, joking with old friends and serving a hot cup of coffee … something she has been doing for the last 46 years.
It was with mixed emotions that members of the community wished her the best as she went off to retirement.
