The California Highway Patrol has activated an Amber Alert.

This message was created by CHP ENTAC on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department and is in effect for the following counties: Los Angeles, Ventura, Kern, San Bernardino, and Orange.

Today, at about 2:05 p.m., Lanees Issa was abducted from Los Angeles by her non-custodial father.

The victim, Lanees Issa, is a 2-year-old middle eastern female, with brown hair, brown eyes, standing approximately 2 feet tall and weighing approximately 35 pounds. Lanees Issa was last seen wearing a pink and orange shirt, pink pants, and pink sandals.

The suspect is Louai Nayel Issa, a 27-year-old middle eastern male, with brown hair, green eyes, standing approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing approximately 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.

Louai Issa is believed to be armed and dangerous. He was last seen driving a silver Honda CRV, partial California license plate of “w122”.
