CSL-LC October Calendar
On Friday, Oct. 17 at 7:30 p.m. there will be a concert by Evan J Marshall at the Center for Spiritual Living-La Crescenta. Suggestion donation is $20.

On Sunday, Oct. 18 the Center will host a financial education workshop with Art Stein from noon to 1 p.m. A love donation will be collected.

On Wednesday Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. there will be a John of God presentation with Diana Donaldson. A love donation will be collected.

Supporters of CSL-LC can SHOP AMAZON.SMILE and choose Center for Spiritual Living La Crescenta so 5% of purchases can be donated to the Center.

MCC Hosting Reunion
Montrose Community Church is hosting a reunion weekend Oct. 17-18. There will be a dessert fellowship on Saturday, Oct. 17 at 7 p.m., an hors d’oeuvres reception on Sunday, Oct. 18 at 4 p.m. ($10 donation) and a worship service that evening at 6 p.m. The service will involve singing some of the Maranatha worship songs from the “One Way Inn Songbook” led by current and previous members of the church, testimonies from previous members and a message, “One In the Spirit” by Pastor Terry Neven.

Annual Craft Faire
La Cañada Congregational Church (formerly Church of the Lighted Window) is having its annual Craft Faire on Saturday, Nov. 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Special and unique gifts for those on your holiday shopping list. Art, photography, gifts for the home, jewelry, plants, home-baked treats, vintage linens and aprons, some handmade and some of yesterday’s treasures … and so much more!

Docents will be conducting tours of the historic 117-year old church with its beautiful stained glass windows.

This year’s Craft Faire is dedicated to Pastor C.L. “Skip” Lindeman who is leaving after 14 years of service to the church and community.
