Gladiator Youth Football And Cheer Signups Begin March 1
On March 1 the La Cañada Gladiators Youth Football and Cheer program will open registration for the 2016 football season. Football and cheer applications will be available on the Gladiator webpage at www.lcgladiators.org. The Gladiator program is open to girls and boys ages 6 to 14. The Gladiators field one flag team, five tackle teams, and several cheer squads. The season begins in late July and the regular season end the first weekend in November.

In 2015, three Gladiator teams made the playoffs and one team, the Pee Wees, completed an undefeated season and won the conference championship. Although one of the smallest franchises participating in San Gabriel Junior All-American Football, in the last 12 years the Gladiators have captured 23 league championships and 12 conference championships.

Early registration is strongly encouraged as spaces fill up quickly and team rosters are capped at 33 players for each tackle team, 20 players for the flag squad and 45 for each cheer squad.
