The La Cañada Flintridge Tournament of Roses Assn. held a Happy Hour at the oak tree filled front yard of Mike and Mary Greenberg. The association fundraises throughout the year to build the city float that is entered in the Tournament of Roses Parade.
At the Happy Hour, tables were set and serving tables were filled with a wide variety of dishes including orange chicken, egg rolls, deviled eggs (always a favorite) and shrimp cocktail. For dessert, there were brownies and many varieties of cookies.
In addition to the Happy Hours, the LCFTOR hosts a bingo event and a wine and roses event in November. To learn more about the organization, contact Alison Davitt at (818) 236-3626.
