Cut & Hue Salon in Montrose

Please join the Chamber in welcoming our newest member, Cut and Hue Salon in Montrose. They are located at 2027 N. Verdugo Blvd. in the CVS/Vons Shopping Center. They hosted our June business mixer last night. It is a beautiful salon and offers a wide variety of services for men, women and children. Owner Lucy Chouldjian has had a passion for the hair and beauty industry her entire life. After graduating from Moro Beauty College, she first worked at a full service salon. Later Lucy went on to work at Supercuts in La Cañada. With the support of her family and positive feedback from her clients, Lucy opened her own salon “Cut & Hue Hair Salon” in Montrose bringing with her 25 years as a stylist. She loves to listen and understands her clients’ needs and concerns in order to give them the best possible salon experience.

One of Lucy’s favorite things about her profession is socializing with her clients while making them feel good about themselves. The energy and enthusiasm she brings is what her clients truly admire about her and why they stay loyal to her. Lucy and her dedicated stylists specialize in cutting and styling women, men and children’s hair, as well as coloring, highlighting and perming. Lucy and her friendly staff are ready to provide a wonderful and memorable experience to all the neighboring clients. They especially like to make their first time clients as comfortable as possible by exceeding their expectations. They also offer a full set of services such as cut, color, blowouts and styling for any special event. They have a newly renovated modern and clean environment. They have six chairs and three washing stations and provide a comfortable and friendly experience while you get the best cut and color you’ve ever had! If you bring your own color you pay only for the service.

And they also have waxing and threading by appointment only. They are currently running a few specials: $15 haircuts for kids on Mondays and Tuesdays and $3 off for senior citizens any time. Don’t forget: Glendale votes on Tuesday, June 7. This is the Presidential Primary Election but as a Glendale resident you will also be voting on Measure N. To find out more about measure N log onto www.glendaleca.gov/government/uut-education. The Chamber is supporting a no vote on Measure N. If this measure passes there could be significant cuts to the fire and police departments and many libraries and parks will be closed within the city. The Chamber believes the UUT revenues are necessary to retain vital services within the City of Glendale. Votes will also be cast for state senator, state assembly member, L.A. county supervisor and congressional representative.
