3000 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta, two suspects entered a store. They were wearing ski masks. Suspect 1 had his hand inside his coat pocket simulating he had a gun and ordered the employee to empty the cash drawer, which he did. Suspect 2 apparently acted as look out.

The robbery occurred at 1:26 a.m.

4500 block of Crown Avenue in La Cañada, a purse, cellphone and personal items were stolen and a driver’s side passenger window was smashed and the front passenger door handle was dented on a vehicle between 4:45 p.m. and 6 p.m.

May 26

2600 block of Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta, over-the-counter medication and eye drops were stolen from a store.

An employee reported witnessing a suspect, who had apparently stolen from the store in the past, enter the store again on this date and stole the items. He apparently concealed them in his jacket and walked out without attempting to pay. The employee was able to detain the suspect, a 68-year-old La Crescenta man, until L.A. Sheriff’s deputies arrived.

2600 block of Montrose Avenue in Montrose, a 47-year-old Los Angeles man and a 27-year-old West Hollywood man were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for sale, suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, methamphetamine, and for being in possession of controlled substances after a routine traffic stop at 10:21 p.m.

2200 block of Waltonia Drive in Montrose, cash and shoes were stolen from an unlocked vehicle between May 21-25.
