Timeout Play Place and Art Studio
Many new businesses are coming into the Montrose-Sparr Heights area and that is good news. We have a new barbershop, kids’ party space, jewelry store and the soon-to-be-open John Sparr Tavern. Our newest Chamber member, Timeout Play Place and Art Studio, has just moved into the Sparr Heights area. They are located at 3430 Ocean View Blvd., Ste. G, down at the bottom of Ocean View Boulevard. The Sparr Heights area is filled with lots of hidden gems you might not even know about. Stay tuned for more about Sparr Heights and all of the great businesses in the area.
Please join us as we welcome Timeout Play Place and Art Studio at a ribbon-cutting on Thursday, March 9 at noon. The playspace at Timeout offers children ages 1 to 12 a fun and safe environment to run, climb, explore and draw, while parents relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and free WiFi in the comfortable lounge. The art studio offers children of all ages and adults a large selection of paint-your-own pottery and fun characters to choose from. There you find a cool and cozy environment to create your next artwork and the staff is always nearby to offer expert guidance. Coming soon, they will also offer painting, sculpting and ceramics classes for both children and adults, and are looking to organize art & wine events for the adults. Timeout also offers space to rent and private party packages. There are many different types of packages available and they are customizable to meet your specific needs. You can schedule a birthday party, a play party, an art party utilizing half of the space or book out the entire space. The sky is the limit! For more information, please contact Asmira Mkhirtaryan at (747) 255-7171 or log onto www.timeoutplay.com and book your reservation online.
