Ribbon-cutting at Valley View

Ribbon-cutting was held for a new computer lab at Valley View

Before the school year ended, Valley View celebrated its new computer lab with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in May before the beginning of the school’s open house. Principal Dr. Brook Reynolds opened the ceremony with a few words of gratitude, reflecting on the commitment and vision of the Valley View Foundation and the parents who made the computer lab possible. Foundation president Nicci Amberg thanked all of the parents and community who attended the ceremony. In addition, Foundation board members (consisting of parents and teachers) were present to thank the Valley View families who contributed to and attended the fundraising functions throughout the year and who helped raise the money to make the school’s “Mission Possible.”

Everyone was given the opportunity to visit the computer lab and try out the new computers with their children.
