It was perfect Saturday night weather for Silent Movies in the Park. Two Strike Park was the location for a trip back to the beginning of Hollywood with silent movies viewed by a hand- cranked projector. Projectionist Joe Rinaudo brought his vintage equipment to the park to share the films. The audience brought their own picnic dinners and finished off their meal with popcorn and baked goods, offered by the Historical Society of Crescenta Valley. The Historical Society sponsored the annual event where everyone learned that comedy – good comedy – is timeless.
