During John Sparr Tavern’s 10-day grand opening celebration in November, owners Rick Powell and Dave Fink committed to donate a portion of Monday and Tuesday evening sales to Fremont Elementary School.

On Monday evening, Dec. 18, they were pleased to present Principal Dr. Christin Molano and PAC President Jenny Fickas with a check for $1,157.89. The money will be used towards physical education, art and/or music programs and equipment needs.
