Feb. 6, 1938 – March 30, 2018

Robert Bruce Carpenter passed away on March 30 at Verdugo Hills Hospital after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. He was born Feb. 6, 1939 in Charlotte, North Carolina to Robert and Isabelle Carpenter.

Robert graduated from Greenwich High School in Greenwich, Connecticut and attended the University of Oklahoma. He worked for many years in St. Croix, returning to the states to develop Singles Network.com.

He was a member of the Church of the Latter-day Saints (Mormon Church) and an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter Barbara.

Robert is survived by his three daughters: Darlene, Deborah and Dawn, granddaughter Barbara, and sisters Barbara Ratchford and Heather Giancola.
