This Week at LCIF
All are invited to Lutheran Church in the Foothills on Sunday, May 13 at 10 a.m. for the seventh Sunday of Easter – Mother’s Day. The morning begins with the new Children’s Gathering at 9 a.m. that coincides with youth and adult book study. Following that, all worship as a family when Pastor Scott Peterson preaches on the topic “Living the Life.” Regular time of fellowship follows with coffee, donuts, and breakfast treats.

The Truth About Domestic Violence
The LAPD will present an interactive class on Sunday evening, May 20 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Bethel Church for adults addressing the types of domestic violence and how to handle and react to such abuse. Officers will be on-site to answer questions about this critical issue. Childcare will be provided.
The LAPD talk will be preceded by a potluck supper at 6:15 p.m. All in the community are invited and welcome.
