Kiwanis Club of La Cañada AM President Martha Burns, left, recently honored Montrose resident Rosemary Hook with a Distinguished Service Award. Hook has served as club secretary and director, as cook for the club’s annual French Toast Breakfast, as manager of the LCFTOR Food Tent during Tournament of Roses decorating week and as chair of the annual prayer breakfast held at St. Bede the Venerable.
