New Horizons and The Campbell Center Host “Bowl-o-Rama” Fundraiser

New Horizons, a North Hills non-profit, and The Campbell Center (TCC), a non-profit supporting individuals with special needs in Glendale, invite the community to their “Bowl-o-Rama” fundraiser. The event will take place on Sunday, Feb. 16 from 10:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Lucky Strike Hollywood in Hollywood. The community is encouraged to join the festivities and enjoy a fun-filled day with family, friends, and neighbors.

Both New Horizons and TCC were created by parents seeking a better life for their children with special needs. With over 70 years of combined experience, the two organizations are now united in their mission to serve the neurodiverse community across the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Conejo valleys, as well as Glendale and Burbank. The organizations are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals through employment programs, campus-based and community-centered services and a focus on inclusion and independence.

“In our commitment to enhancing the lives of those we serve, New Horizons and TCC are proud to offer events and opportunities that are inclusive for everyone,” said John C. Brauer, M.A., CEO of New Horizons. “The Bowl-o-Rama is a fantastic way to bring our community together while raising critical funds for programs and services that support the independence of individuals with special needs.”

The Bowl-o-Rama promises to be a “FUNtastic” afternoon with bowling, a buffet lunch, raffles, games and much more. There are opportunities to participate as a team, sponsor a team of New Horizons and TCC members and associates, or enjoy a day with the local community.

All proceeds from the event will directly benefit both New Horizons and TCC’s ongoing programs, helping to provide more opportunities for individuals with disabilities to live independent, fulfilling lives.
