The Foothills Community Scholarship Foundation (FCSF) has opened nominations for the 2025 Distinguished Person Award (DPA). This annual honor celebrates individuals or couples who have made a meaningful and lasting impact on local schools and the student community.

The Distinguished Person Award is a tradition highlighting excellence in education and community service. Past honorees include Dr. Michael and Nancy Leininger, Wes Seastrom, and Reverend Dr. Chuck Osburn of La Cañada Presbyterian Church. All honorees will be celebrated during a joint scholarship and Distinguished Person Award event on April 27 at the Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge.
