This past December, La Crescenta native Madison Davis graduated from Arizona State University with her Bachelor of Arts in sustainability through ASU Online. 

ASU Online celebrated a milestone of 100,000 graduates in 2024, including Davis. ASU Online students learn from and engage with the same faculty who teach at ASU, providing them with a similar experience as on-campus learners.

Davis is a theater professional and budding sustainability leader and was named the College of Global Futures ‘Outstanding Undergraduate’ for the fall 2024 semester and was chosen to speak at the college’s convocation ceremony.

Kayla Squires was named to the University of Alabama President’s List for fall semester 2024.

A total of 14,631 students enrolled fall semester 2024 at The University of Alabama were named to the Dean’s List with an academic record of 3.5 (or above) or the President’s List with an academic record of 4.0 (all As). The college offers more than 70 undergraduate programs and 12 colleges and schools.

The UA Dean’s and President’s lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.

A graduate of La Cañada High School, Ashley Dietrich has been named to the fall 2024 Dean’s List while studying at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania..

To be eligible for the Dean’s List, Muhlenberg College students must earn a GPA of 3.5 or better while taking three or more course units during a semester.

Founded in 1848, Muhlenberg is a four-year residential liberal arts college with nearly 2,000 bachelor’s and master’s degree-seeking students. The college’s curriculum and experiences are designed opens doors to new ideas, discoveries, friendships and a lifetime of personal and intellectual growth.

Abilene Christian University named Joshua Sison of Sunland to the fall 2024 Dean’s Honor Roll. Sison is a junior healthcare administration major.

Sison is among more than 1,800 students named to the fall 2024 Dean’s Honor Roll. To qualify, students must be registered for 12 or more credit hours and earn a GPA of 3.6 or higher.
