Alysha Ann Pierson and Kirk James Wilson were married Dec. 28, 2018 in the Newport Beach California Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The bride is the daughter of Wayne and Jacquie Pierson of Los Alamitos.

The groom is the son of Craig and Melissa Wilson of La Crescenta.

The bride was attended by her sisters Shantel Bjornn and Tera-Lynne Smith, sister of the groom Molly Tapp, sister-in-law of the groom Jordan Wilson, and friend Hanna Buswell. Cecilly Bjornn, niece of the bride, and Audrey Tapp, niece of the groom, were the flower girls.

Groomsmen were Chad and Christopher Wilson, brothers of the groom, Cody Tapp, brother-in-law of the groom, Carter Pierson and Devan Pierson, brothers of the bride, Daniel Bjornn and Louie Smith, brothers-in-law of the bride.

A reception was held in La Cañada at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The groom is a 2013 graduate of Crescenta Valley High School. The couple met while both were serving missions for their church in Kennewick, Washington.  They are currently living in Provo, Utah where the groom is attending Brigham Young University. The bride is a Brigham Young University-Idaho student.
