Sarah Dea of La Cañada Flintridge earned the distinction of Faculty Honors for fall 2024 at the Georgia Institute of Technology. This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have earned a 4.0 academic average for the semester.

Tufts University recently announced the Dean’s List for the fall 2024 semester. Dean’s List honors at Tufts University require a semester grade point average of 3.4 or greater.

Veronica Habashy, Class of 2026, Dylan Tanouye, Class of 2027 and Isabella Lim, Class of 2029, all from La Cañada Flintridge, earned a place on the Dean’s List.

Clark University announced that Oliver E. Briskin and Karina H. Fischman, both from La Crescenta, were named to the fall 2024 Dean’s List first honors.

Students must have a GPA of 3.8 or above for first honors or a GPA between 3.50 and 3.79 for second honors.

Serena Shin of La Crescenta earned a Bachelor of Science cum laude in accounting from University of Maryland Global Campus in fall 2024. Shin was one of nearly 5,900 students worldwide who earned degrees from UMGC in the fall 2024 term.

William Kim of La Cañada Flintridge was among the more than 8,700 undergraduate students at the University of Iowa named to the Dean’s List for the 2024 fall semester.

Guidelines for inclusion on the list are: degree seeking undergraduate students in the Carver College of Medicine, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the College of Education, the College of Engineering, the College of Public Health, the Tippie College of Business, and University College who achieved a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.50 or higher on 12 semester hours or more of UI graded coursework during a given semester or summer session and who have no semester hours of “I” (incomplete) or “O” (no grade reported) during the same semester are recognized by inclusion on the Dean’s List for that semester.

Undergraduate students in the Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine may qualify for the Dean’s List with fewer than 12 semester hours of graded credit, if deemed appropriate by the college

College of Nursing students participating in clinical courses who have a total of 12 semester hours of earned credit, with eight semester hours of graded credit with a GPA of 3.50 or higher
