Sara H. Kim, MD was recently named 2019 Physician Hero of the Year by Adventist Health Glendale Foundation (AHGLF). Dr. Kim will officially receive her award at the Foundation’s gala on April 14 at the JW Marriott in Downtown Los Angeles.

“This is a distinctive honor because the Physician Hero is chosen by our patients,” said Irene Bourdon, president of the Adventist Health Glendale Foundation. “The Foundation invites Adventist Health Glendale patients to nominate their personal physician hero – the doctor, in their hearts and minds, [who is] truly extraordinary and has made a life-changing difference in their lives.”
