Verdugo Hills Hospital to Host USC Alumni Club

Verdugo Hills Hospital (VHH) will host The USC Alumni Club of the San Gabriel Valley as the club launches its first speaker series of the year. The events are free and will be held on Wednesday, March 28 and Monday, April 23 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at VHH. Appetizers will be served.

“The Speaker Series was designed to reach a cross-section of our alumni membership – young alums starting careers, entrepreneurs, and established business owners,” said board member and committee chair Karen Carr-Crawford. “We wanted to introduce potential members to something new and different that could enhance their professional opportunities.”

The March speaker will be USC alum and entrepreneur Kellee Santiago. She is president and co-founder of thatgamecompany.com. Santiago graduated from the MFA Interactive Media program at USC’s School of Cinematic Arts.

The April event will be a panel discussion, “Show Me the Money – How to Find Capital for Your Business.”

RSVP at (909) 596-9545. You can find more information on other events on The USC Alumni Club of the San Gabriel Valley’s Facebook page.
