The Community Center of La Cañada Flintridge is seeking the best chili chefs in the Foothills for its 1st Annual Cornhole Tournament and Chili Cookoff Fundraiser on Saturday, May 4. Prizes will be given for first, second and third place. The first place champion will also receive a commemorative apron. Entrants should bring at least two gallons of chili, hot and ready to serve, warming equipment to keep it hot, and a serving spoon. Bring toppings for chili (optional). Pop-up tent, table, chair and electricity provided. Tastings are from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Winners will be announced at 3:30 p.m. Entry fee: $20.
