Stacy Richardson was again named the number one residential sales agent for the entire Dilbeck organization. Richardson received this honor for 19 years of her 23-year career and credits her clients and friends for helping her achieve these accolades.

According to Richardson, the most memorable award she has ever received was the Raymond T. Dilbeck Award, which was bestowed upon her in 2006. The Raymond T. Dilbeck award is given annually to one person chosen by their peers from the entire Dilbeck organization. The award is given to the person who exemplifies the qualities and professionalism that Mr. Dilbeck strove for in his own life: dedication to family, community, excellence in business, supporting colleagues, and the highest integrity and honesty in the profession.

Recently, Richardson was one of four guest speakers at a meeting sponsored by the Women’s Council of Realtors. In answering the questions posed to the panelists, she expressed her main goal in selling real estate was loyalty to her clients, always looking out for their best interests.
