Jennifer Sommers, a sales partner for Dilbeck Real Estate Real Living in Westlake Village, was recognized among her peers at the annual Dilbeck awards ceremony in Granada Hills. President Mark Dilbeck presented Sommers with the 2012 Shooting Star Award for outstanding production in 2012. The honor culminated a year of successful closed transactions, from condos to million-dollar properties, for Sommers in the Conejo Valley.

Westlake Village Branch Manager Chuck Lech said, “Jennifer is the fastest learner I have seen. She has mastered the art of taking great care of her clients’ needs.”

A former associate finance manager at Amgen, Sommers enjoys evaluating price positioning in the market, saleability, property condition, and her client’s timing and motivation. She is committed to getting her clients the best possible price and the most favorable terms in the shortest period of time.

Sommers received her MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. She successfully navigates her clients through the listing, escrow, and lending processes.

She is a 29-year resident of the Conejo Valley and is currently a member the Conejo Valley Chapter of National Charity League and auditor on Lang Ranch Elementary’s executive board. She and her husband John have three children who are active in local athletics.
