Congratulations to Norma and Bill Bowman who are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary on Aug. 30. Longtime foothill residents, they met in Glendale and during their 70 years together they have lived in Montrose, La Cañada and La Crescenta. According to family members, the couple enjoys “great health” and are still living in the house they bought approximately 48 years ago.
