On Saturday, Pedrini Music celebrated a unique event in the business world – its 66th Anniversary Jubilee.

Pedrini Music began in 1946 in the city of Glendale, and then in 1997 moved to Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta where they have remained ever since.

The store is a real family owned and operated business. Bruno Pedrini set the foundation for daughter Diane and son-in-law Manny Mora to continue.

Pedrini Music is not just a place to buy gifts and sheet music, but can also repair and tune instruments and it offers an instrumental rental program.

The store also accepts instruments on consignment. And of course there are music lessons offered. Many of those who attended Saturday’s celebration had taken those first musical steps thanks to instructors at Pedrini.

The sidewalk, parking lot and store were crowded with well wishers and  past, present and future musicians.
