Marybeth Rehman-Dittu, chair of this year’s Gifts & Grants Committee, said, “The Pasadena Showcase House of Design is ‘more than just a pretty house.’ Our fundraising is dedicated to backing the performing arts. I am proud to coordinate the effort that continues our vibrant local support, applying funds raised through our annual House tours and recent online auction, Showcase Strong, to this important priority: music in our communities.”
The application period closes on Nov. 15; awardees will be advised in April 2021. Information and the process to begin applications can be found at pasadenashowcase.org/supporting-the-arts/gifts-and-grants/.
Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts was created to bring the joy of music to children and adults through exposure, education and experience. Since 1948, PSHA has supported this mission, donating over $23 million as well as countless volunteer hours dedicated to the noteworthy programs it produces for over 6,000 elementary school students and musicians aged 16-24. Additionally, the Gifts & Grants program awards financial support to a diverse list of local non-profit organizations positioned in the local performing arts community. Details about these initiatives can be found at pasadenashowcase.org/supporting-the-arts.
Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts is an all-volunteer non-profit California Corporation supported by over 260 members. More information can be found pasadenashowcase.org.
