More than 110 bowlers and supporters from the greater Glendale community and surrounding area gathered at Pickwick Bowl in Burbank on Sunday afternoon, Nov. 5, to bowl their best at The Campbell Center’s 26th Annual Bowl-A-Thon. With cheers, applause, laughter, great strikes, and some very impressive scores, bowlers lit up the bowling alley with their energy, camaraderie and spirit of fun. Bowlers were matched with TCC clients on their teams, making participation in the event even more meaningful.
Contributing to the success, and noteworthy for their support, were event sponsors Western Drug, TCC Founder Jerry Campbell, Dignity Health Memorial Hospital and Health Center, Foundation board President Todd Stokes, Foundation board member Jodi Deranja Real Estate, GPOA, Foundation board member Lola Abrahamian and Glendale Kiwanis Club.
The day culminated in some special recognitions, including for the Glendale Kiwanis Club that took home the first place team trophy and clients Gregory Just and Linda Roatch, who took home the medals for first place male and first place female in the client category.
