local Projects on cvca agenda
The Crescenta Valley Community Association will hold a review of some of the commercial and residential development projects in CV at 7 p.m. in the Dunsmore Park Community Room on Wednesday, Nov. 25.
Have you been wondering what’s going in that empty lot at Foothill and Sunset? Are you curious about what kind of gigantic house is being built at Briggs and Panorama? Did you know the famed Foothill Lumber project has flared up again? Construction on the building at Foothill and Dyer, proposed expansion of a “storefront church” at 2767 Foothill, and a permit to cut oak trees at 2748 Frances are items we’ve all been curious about. There are several development projects going on in CV currently, and the CVCA will be discussing what’s known about them to help foster a more informed community.
Call (818) 441-4223 for info.
The Dunsmore Park Community Room is located at 4700 Dunsmore Ave., La Crescenta.
