Debra Suh has been named the new chief executive officer of YWCA Glendale & Pasadena effective Nov. 1. She brings over 30 years of esteemed leadership in the fight to end gender violence and empower women, girls and families.

Having grown up in Pasadena and raising two children in Glendale, Suh is deeply connected to the local community. Suh has an extensive understanding of the region’s challenges and opportunities and a clear vision for fostering safe, supportive environments where everyone can thrive.

She brings expertise in building coalitions and leading impactful change and will be invaluable as the YWCA continues its mission to empower women.
