Mr. and Mrs. Peter Steur of Ventura announce the engagement of their daughter Tiffany Anne to William Todd Koenigsaecker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold J. Koenigsaecker of North Hollywood.

William and Tiffany were introduced by mutual friends in 2008.

Tiffany graduated from Crescenta Valley High School in 1998. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UCLA in 2002 and a Masters of Arts degree in Psychology  from Pepperdine University in 2006. Tiffany earned her Doctor of Psychology in Forensic Psychology degree from Alliant International University, Los Angeles in 2011. Dr. Steur is a psychologist with the Department of Social and Health Services for the state of Washington.

William graduated from North Hollywood High School in 1997. He attended Glendale Community College. William has been an associate with the Vons Corporation for 10 years. William is currently a culinary student at the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Seattle, Wash.
A summer wedding is planned for August 2012 in Newport Beach.
