Volunteers are needed for “Scissored Wizard,” this year’s City of La Cañada Flintridge entry for the 2010 Tournament of Roses Parade. Jacob Maitless, a local artist and a graduate of the Art Center College of Design, took the concept and created the rendering. Anyone interested in working on the float can come to the construction site any Saturday morning at the rear of Valley Water Company, 4524 Hampton Road, La Cañada.
