Montrose is in Bloom
Spring is finally here and we have a slew of exciting upcoming events for families and businesses! Be sure to check out all of them below.
Our unique Easter event was so well-received last year that we decided to bring it back as an annual event! The last day to place your orders for the “MVCC bunny” to deliver the eggs to your yard this year is less than one week away; don’t wait!
Last month we had the honor of introducing our new MVCC president, Adam Franko. Now we would like to introduce you to our new executive board with their provided statements:
2022 1st Vice-President Trevor Marca, CEO and Founder of Simple Life Delivery, (818) 213-2015. “I look forward to growing the MVCC membership and helping local businesses form community partnerships that will be mutually beneficial. There are several ways local businesses can help out each other, such as doing business with one another and acting as referral partners. I’m excited to further explore these and other opportunities to help the Montrose business community thrive.”
2022 Treasurer Hilda Morovati, owner of EmbroidMe Glendale, (818) 248-3435. “I’m looking forward to being a part of a local organization that promotes businesses in our own neighborhood by supporting each other to grow and prosper. I’ve been a member of MVCC for more than 13 years and always appreciated the individuals on the board who made the mixers such fun and rewarding events. Now it’s my turn to give back to my community and help the newer businesses experience the same warmth and welcome as I did.”
2022 Secretary Sara Shahmoradian, real estate agent at Compass, (818) 307-7898. “I’m excited to be taking a new position as secretary for the Montrose-Verdugo City Chamber of Commerce. My intention is to keep us organized and to be consistent. My vision is to hopefully improve the structure of the chamber so we can grow and gain more members this year!”
Plan to meet the new executive board while you network and mingle at the next mixer!
