Only two more days until “fun”! Please come out and have some fun at our sixth annual Hometown County Fair this Saturday, April 16 at Crescenta Valley Park.
One hundred and one ways to have fun this Saturday: Watch a doggie parade, slide down the giant slide, eat delicious Korean barbecue, enter the pie eating contest, climb the rock wall, buy a beautiful handmade quilt, eat a deep fried snicker bar or funnel cake, see a 1931 Tudor Model A antique car, take a ride on the Ferris wheel, see a real live barn owl, watch the children of the YMCA youth ballet troupe, hear the beautiful singers of WAW Entertainment, bid on a fixed wing airplane flight courtesy of Leo’s All Star Sports Bar & Grill, get your face painted, buy a cute dress for you and a matching one for your daughter, celebrate local history with the historical society, see the beautiful cut stone creations from Stone Femme, bid on 18 servings of dinner from Dream Dinners, take a jump on the giant bungee, listen to the Crescenta Valley High School Jazz Band, ride the Sizzler, eat some popcorn, stock up on your Tupperware, buy some movie memorabilia, dance to the music of The Christopher Brothers or Living in July Band, share cotton candy with a loved one, enjoy a beautiful day at the park, get a Tinkerbell made from balloons, buy Egyptian bed sheets, see a 1973 Pantera DeTomaso, take a chance to win a six week program at Extreme Boot Camp, eat some ultimate Italian ice, purchase some beautiful jewelry for you and a friend, see a whole array of classic cars, eat a freshly grilled hamburger, watch the talent from 3-2-1 Talent Showcase Acting Studios, bid on a ride-a-long with the sheriffs, get your psychic reading done, buy a wickless candle, play horseshoes, watch the Revolution Dance Center dazzling dance groups, pet some cute doggies, get a chair massage, stock up on your aloe vera skin care products, hear the cool Saint Francis Drumline, bid at the silent auction on a two night get-a-way from Montrose Travel and soak up the sun on a beautiful day in the park.
