As we continue to grow our engagement with the businesses, merchants and organizations here in Montrose, we do so with the focus to bring valued interaction to our collaborative efforts. The first eight weeks of our renewed staffing and organization has also brought along the opportunity to support, collaborate and share more businesses of Montrose.
We would like to announce, and most importantly welcome, the following into membership:
Rugpublic. Located at 2131 Verdugo Blvd., Montrose. Rugpublic offers quality rugs, textiles and accessories from all over the world. It is important to know that they travel to the source!
Rugpublic focuses on hand-made products and natural fibers like wool, cotton and silk as well as specialty fibers like bamboo viscose. It is also important to know that they feature rugs made in the local craft techniques, sometimes using centuries old designs and weaving techniques. They are proud to support the artisan. With that pride they share their support for our communities here in the U.S. and abroad. Rugpublic states, “We love working with artists and designers to craft unique rugs, bringing new visions to the forefront.”
The Stone Femme. Located at 2418 Honolulu Ave., Suite C in Montrose. As it states on the Facebook page: “Stone Femme was founded with the intent of sharing and showcasing the beauty and mystery within natural stone. In doing so, we discovered that fellow admirers and artisans were inspired by the vivid colors, intricate patterns and intense stories of creation told in the stones. We hope to be a part of your personal creation or collection, too.”
The warm and inviting location offers a nice array of quality stones. The owners Janel and Dower Jai provide the expertise.
