“It is necessary, then, to cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.”     Wallace D. Wattles

I have read many times that if you are grateful every day for everything in your life, then you will receive more to be grateful for. The power behind expressing heartfelt gratitude for the many blessings in life that are often times overlooked and taken for granted is immeasurable. A simple thank you to a friend, co-worker or family member can brighten someone’s whole day.

The CV Chamber is very grateful for our members and those that renew their membership each year.  We have three members who can even help you say thank you to those you are grateful for.

Edible Arrangements® is the creator of and leader in the fresh fruit bouquet category. They can bring happiness to all of life’s occasions with their array of irresistibly fresh products, including handcrafted fruit arrangements and gourmet chocolate dipped fruit. The very first Edible Arrangements store opened its doors in East Haven, Conn. in 1999 and since then the franchise has grown into a fresh fruit phenomenon, with over 1117 stores in 14 countries around the world. Edible Arrangements’ mission is simply to wow you! They live by this mission statement every day to ensure that they wow each and every Edible Arrangements customer by having beautiful presentation, fresh quality ingredients, impeccable customer service and convenience. They have a store right here in La Crescenta at 3904 Foothill Blvd. Visit their store or call (818) 248-1099 to place an order to send a thank you fruit bouquet to someone you are thankful for.

If fruit is not your thing, we have two wonderful florists in the Crescenta Valley.  Princess Flowers is a European design oriented boutique flower shop located at 3857 Foothill Blvd. Princess Flowers is spearheaded by Diana Arakelyan who has over 30 years of teaching, designing and creating some of the most unique floral arrangements in Los Angeles. With a keen eye for detail and stunning design, Princess Flower’s creations have adorning thousands of tables and wedding events over the last decade.  You can visit their store or call them at (818) 542-6656.

Crescenta Valley Flower Mart is also a wonderful florist that has been providing top quality service to La Crescenta and surrounding areas since 1991. They are committed to offering the finest arrangements, plants and gifts that are backed by their friendly customer service. Visit their showroom located at 2900 Foothill Blvd., which is filled with beautiful bouquets and hundreds of gift ideas or call them at (818) 957-2631.

All three of these CV Chamber members would be the perfect business to use to send a bouquet of gratitude to someone you are thankful for and in doing so, you will also be helping a local business.
