So Cal Motor Co. is a force in the automotive repair industry and is located in the foothills of Tujunga. They are a new business to the area however. So Cal goes the extra mile to provide you with outstanding care and quality in auto repair and customer service.  They are a full service auto repair shop and provide every auto repair and maintenance service from full engine replacements to routine oil changes, with same day service for most repairs and maintenance. Owners Shant Melkonyan and Minella Hambarchian have been in the automotive industry for several years. Shant, specializing in German automobiles, is a factory-trained technician with several certifications, from electrical to engine repair. His expertise in electronics and engine repair is recognized by other professionals within the industry. He holds multiple certificates from the Bureau of Automotive repair.

Minella is a graduate of California State University Northridge, holding a bachelor’s in Business Law with emphasis on marketing. With four years of experience in social media and educational seminars, she is able to cater to clients knowledgeably. At So Cal Motor Co., walk-ins are always welcome for a free safety inspection. In celebration of our nation’s Independence Day on the 4th of July, the CV Fireworks Association is delivering another spectacular fireworks show at La Crescenta Elementary.  Starting at 4 p.m., there will be carnival rides, trendy food trucks and family fun with fireworks starting at dusk. The CV Fireworks Association is an all-volunteer group that works diligently to bring you the biggest 4th of July party around. It is a 501 c-3 non-profit organization created to provide the leadership, resources, time and energy needed in our community to put on this great annual event. This association spends countless volunteer hours making sure that the event is spectacular and affordable at only $7 per person (pre-sale, $10 at the door).
