How Your Business Does Tomorrow

What are you doing today that will get your business to be where you want it to be tomorrow? Do you know where you want your business to be tomorrow? Have you set goals? Have you ever even thought about these questions? Are you just letting your business “take its own course?”

You and your business are going somewhere whether or not you like it. That is a fact. If you have not set goals for your business or you have set goals and are not working to make them happen, today is the day to change that. Take a moment to set some achievable goals for your business that you can put into action. Make sure you take control of your business so that it goes in the direction that you want it to.

One goal that every business should have is to connect with the community in which they do business. The chamber has a great event coming up that can help you do just that: the “Tri-City Business Expo.” The Business Expo is brought to you by the Montrose-Verdugo City, the Crescenta Valley and the La Cañada Flintridge chambers of commerce.

This special event will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 14 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Verdugo Hills Hospital Fourth Floor Council Rooms. Having a booth exhibiting your business will allow you to reach the members of all three local chambers of commerce, community members who attend and much more. The event will feature exhibits of regional businesses and community organizations. It’s a great way to promote your business and let the community know more about you. Need to bounce some ideas of off other business owners? Need a break from your busy schedule? Then please join us for our next business-networking mixer. Talk with other business owners, promote your business and have a great time doing it. We will be a fun evening “At the Beach” complete with music, fantastic raffle prizes, food and a make shift beach. We would love to see you there. Our next mixer is Aug. 3 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at SIG Property Management, 2937 Honolulu Ave., Montrose.
