»Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce “Your Business is Our Business”

In our continuing series of guest writers, the following message is submitted by
CV Chamber Board President Aram Ordubegian:

After several difficult years following the “Great Recession of 2008” for many of us in the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce family and business community, our business members have survived, gotten stronger and have now turned the corner to thrive. Our Chamber is committed to aiding businesses to continue their recovery in 2015 and beyond. “Our Business is Your Business”  . . this new motto of the Chamber is one that we take seriously, so if there is anything that we can do to promote your business, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Chamber and its members.

It is a privilege to have been selected as the 2015 president of the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce. I am a business restructuring and litigation attorney at the downtown Los Angeles law firm of Arent Fox LLP. I have lived in the La Crescenta area since 2000 and my family and I enjoy the unique blend of businesses and personalities, the diverse culture, language and thought that make our community work so well. And the Crescenta Valley Chamber, inspired by our dedicated team of directors, will be at the front leading the way in 2015.

The Chamber of Commerce exists to support all our membership . . . both residents and business. This year will see increased emphasis on issues that impact the community and the community’s connection with our business membership.  Membership is the backbone of any Chamber’s success. A strong and involved membership ensures our Chamber will continue as a leader in the community providing support for our business and resident members.

We have an experienced staff available Monday through Friday to assist you with information regarding community programs, upcoming events, Chamber member benefits or where to find a particular business service within the community.  I encourage each of you to utilize what we have to offer including attending our monthly mixers where “face to face” connections mean new friendships and business possibilities.

To become part of the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce please visit or call our office Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., or visit our website at www.crescentavalleychamber.org. It’s that easy!

I look forward to the exciting challenges ahead and working on behalf of the membership of the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce.
