“Our Business is Your Business”
Something to Think About!
Did you know: If each of us spent $100 a year more on local businesses instead of chain stores, it would put an extra $3 million a year into our economy? Not only that, but it would create thousands more jobs every year. #supportlocalbusinesses
These may just be words on a sign, but for Boulevard 34 owner Anna Yagodzinski, these are words to live by. Smart girl! Anna is a graduate of Crescenta Valley High School and got her experience working in the San Fernando Valley at a gift shop. She opened Boulevard 34 in Montrose a year ago. Boulevard 34 is a local gift shop that features fresh, handmade and eco-friendly products made by local artists. Anna and her mother Erika keep busy running the shop and hosting workshops such as the popular painting and wine class. Classes on jewelry making, essential oils and kids sewing are also just a few of the classes offered. The summer workshop schedule is on their website at www.boulevard34.com.
Boulevard 34 is also celebrating its one-year anniversary! All are invited to the anniversary party on Saturday, Aug. 2 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Come celebrate and enjoy music, raffles, a photo booth – all catered by Berolina Bakery! Boulevard 34 is located at 3427 Ocean View Blvd., Montrose. For that perfect gift, you won’t be disappointed. You’ll find it at Boulevard 34!
