Dale Storz Loves to Shop & Dine Montrose!

It is so encouraging to our small storeowners when folks go out of their way to Shop Montrose. I’m talking about those who “get” what we do and deliberately shop local instead of the mall or Internet. They do it because they love us, want something unique, and want to do their part to keep us here. One of those leading the crusade is La Cañada resident and Resource Video owner Dale Storz who has been shopping Montrose since the ’90s. She shows up with her cloth tote to hold purchases from her favorite stores of which there are several.  Here are Dale’s faves: La Perla Home for wedding, anniversary gifts and handmade jewelry … Revelation Tops for fun, trendy fashion like the top in this photo … The Black Cow because it has the best coffee … Once Upon A Time for Christmas books and great book reviews … Mountain Rose Gifts for home décor … Lara’s Gifts for lace runners … Merle Norman because she loves their makeup … and Montrose Bowl for special parties. Nice, huh?

Rick’s Fave at Town Kitchen & Grill

Dale, her husband Rick, and their two sons have been strolling and making memories at the Montrose Harvest Market on Sundays since the boys were little. This is where they buy fresh produce and plants and make new discoveries like Town Kitchen & Grill. They are “regulars” at Town. Dale goes for the pasta and Rick raves about the lamb chops. I mean, look at them! Four grilled beauties on a bed of polenta with gravy. Yum! Speaking of Town, did you know they now have happy hour? Yep, weekdays from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. with special pricing on cocktails, wines, beer and some incredible bar bites. Plus there’s an all new bar menu! Sounds like something worth checking out! Thanks to Dale and all of you who truly support us. We know who you are. You are the ones who make it possible for us to do what’s in our hearts in this ever-changing world.
