Give Your Input to the City of Glendale
Make your voice count! The City of Glendale wants to hear from you! The Community Services and Parks Dept. – Human Services Section invites you to its annual Community Needs Assessment Meeting taking place on Sept. 22 starting at 7 p.m. at the Pacific Community Center. The 2016-17 Annual Plan describes specific social services, homeless services, housing and neighborhood improvement programs that are proposed for Glendale. Are there any improvements you would like to see happen in your neighborhood? Then this is your chance to voice your ideas to improve your neighborhood and make it a better place to live. At this meeting you will learn about City funded social services, housing programs and neighborhood/public improvements that can directly benefit your neighborhood. If you or your neighbor prefers to communicate in Armenian or Spanish, staff will be available to lead a separate meeting in your language of choice. Feel free to bring your kids along as they will have activities to keep them entertained in a separate room supervised by staff. Pacific Community Center – Sycamore Room is located at 501 S. Pacific Ave., Glendale. For information, please contact Community Services & Parks Dept./Human Services at (818) 548-2000. The Community Services and Parks Dept. will provide reasonable accommodation toward the inclusion of all participants.
