Meet Dr. Julie Kim who recently brought her practice and retail eyewear business to Montrose. Dr. Kim lives right here in La Cañada where her son also attends high school. Her parents live in Glendale. She is a graduate of UCLA and Pacific University College of Optometry and has been practicing since 1989. She also has an office close to my home in Porter Ranch.

Dr. Kim and her staff are fluent in English, Spanish, Korean and Farsi. In addition to comprehensive eye exams they also offer specialty contact lenses, and Lasik consultations. Once you get the proper prescription you can choose new glasses from their vast selection. Right now they are selling lots of retro frames from the 50s and 60s. Brands include famous names like Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Prada, Gucci, Versace, Armani, Ray Bans, and more.
