The merchants of the Montrose Shopping Park invite you to come out and shop this Saturday and we want you and your family to be entertained while you do. So we decided to throw a “big ole” shopping party. We invited Princess Tiana, Rapunzel and Cinderella to stroll the shopping park to give you and your children a real-life storybook experience.

We hired Little Artist Party to come and set up their famous arts and crafts tent for kids. And guess what? The crafts are on us! Your children can make their own take home party favors using their imagination and creativity while working with numerous craft materials. Such fun!

Have you ever seen the delight in a child’s eyes when they have their face painted?  The treat is ours with “Party by Bilyana,” a family business that specializes in face painting and airbrush, glitter and henna tattoos. You and your child can pick out a fun design and then show it off while you shop and dine. Our stores are brimming with fall goodies and many of our cafes are decorated for the season as well. Sometimes you just need to set aside a day to explore and treat yourself. While shopping, take time to pose for a memory pic at our hay bale vignettes. This Saturday is the day!

Now what is a shopping party without music? We will have a variety for you to enjoy. For the kids, there’s “Music for Kids by Mari & Friends.” For the ladies who shop, the famous Mark Towns Trio will be playing Afro-Caribbean jazz, producing a sound that explores new possibilities in the realms of Latin jazz, funk, and rock. Folks, this is going to be one fun day! Plan to shop all three blocks as well as the great businesses on Ocean View Boulevard. I guarantee you will make some new discoveries.
