What are you known for or what is your specialty? “Personal touch! Insurance is just insurance but it is how you provide the service that really matters!”

What do you like most about what you do? “Giving the best product for a competitive rate and watching you leave my office satisfied. I like to be the insurance agent that you want to do business with because I bring quality service along with a personal touch for my clients.”

What continues to set you apart from your competition? “I have several carriers for many lines of insurance. Not every business or individual is a cookie cutter of another. I am glad I have many options for my clients.”

What is your biggest challenge? “My biggest challenge is rate increases from my insurance companies.”

What has been something interesting that has happened to you as a business owner or what was your most favorite client? “I was very happy when I switched a client over to a PPO insurance plan just a few months before they were diagnosed with a catastrophic illness. It made me feel better to know they had better coverage in a very difficult time.”

It is not too late to get your ticket for our USO Canteen fundraiser on Dec. 8. The fundraiser is for the rebuilding of the Heroes of Freedom wall at Two Strike Park War Memorial. USO Canteen will be held at the La Crescenta Woman’s Club, 4004 La Crescenta Ave. Cost for dinner and entertainment is $25, and reservations can be made at the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce. All proceeds will benefit the Wall.
