What You Do Matters

“Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does.” William James

One local business that makes a difference is Caspian Services, Inc. which was founded in December 2001 after a need was recognized for a one-stop-shop for small businesses that provided affordable website solutions. The people of Caspian love designing and programming, and the great feeling of helping a business succeed.

Their mission is to provide all their clients affordable solutions to enable them to have a complete online presence. At Caspian Services, Inc., they pledge to give all clients the personal attention they deserve. Whether you are a small business startup or an established corporation seeking the new advantages of the Internet, they are here to help.

Caspian Services, Inc. was founded by Leonard Ghazarian. Leonard has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis on management information systems from California State University, Northridge. With over 10 years experience in web design and Internet technologies, Leonard manages the team that will work on your project.

Leonard also has just been voted in as the 2012 Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce president. He and his wife are very involved with the Crescenta Valley and they reside and work locally.

I asked Leonard the following questions:

What are you known for or what is your specialty? Our specialty is being able to create a website for a business that is custom tailored to their specific needs and market that also works for them in terms of increasing their business all at affordable pricing.

What do you like most about what you do? I enjoy the daily challenges, solving problems and meeting new people/business owners.

What continues to set you apart from your competition? What sets us apart is our friendly service and being reliable. You can find many great designers and developers, but not many as friendly, easy to work with and reliable at the same time.

What is your biggest challenge? Our biggest challenge is to continue to grow in a challenging economy and at the same time to match that growth with the right staff.

What is your favorite part of the business? I really appreciate the recognition as the owner and the business itself has gotten over the years of working with clients. There seems to be someone that knows someone that we did their website. It’s fun to hear people say, “Oh, I know you guys…!”

It is true. If you ask around the Crescenta Valley, it wouldn’t be long until you found someone that Caspian has helped with their website! And when Leonard is not working on websites, you will most certainly find him at one of our chamber events.      Be sure to stop by our events to meet him or you can find him at Caspian Services, Inc., 2946 Honolulu Ave., La Crescenta, or call him at (818) 957-4488.

Important Chamber dates: Dec. 8 – Crescenta Valley USO Canteen; Dec. 14 –Business mixer at American Legion & VFW.
